We booked last minute for food on a Sunday. When we called they said they only had space in the bar area which is fine. The fish and chips was very good . The beef roast dinner was fantastic! Good size portion and very tasty all round. Nice friendly staff. We would visit again!

Welcomed at the entrance very politely, managed to get a table as a walk-in. I'm sure this was luck as they are busy even during off-season. Ordered breaded haggis bon-bons with whisky sauce, and the highlander burger. The burger was fantastic, with properly seasoned, hand-made fresh patty. The combination with haggis was a great idea! However, the real highlight was the haggis bon-bons with whisky sauce - worth ordering regardless of what you 'think' you like. These bon-bons are a lightly crisped, savoury and non-stodgy introduction to haggis. The quality to price ratio is incredible. Needless to say with this quality of food, service was quick, polite and professional. The restaurant and bar area were clean and tidy - not a sticky table or spill stain in sight! The car park was well signed, with plenty of free spaces, and well lit. There is a street-level front access door for disabled guests too. As a regular business visitor to Aberdeen, I will be back regularly!

Fantastic dinner - great food, service and atmosphere. Menu has a super selection, and caters for all dietary preferences. Excellent!

This was our second time eating out here and the second time it was perfect. We had the macaroni cheese with truffle oil, beef pie, and Highlander burger. On the previous visit we had the Sunday roast. All these dishes are very highly recommended.

Great service and food was amazing. The place is cozy, updated and really nice. The set menu is so affordable. Been here a few times and will keep coming back. Highly recommend for lunch.

It's really nice place to dine out. A bit busy at night so you'd better make a reservation before you go. Easy to make a reservation online. Food were mostly amazing. Reasonable price too.

Great place to come for a tea or a night out . We were looked after by Kat . Very friendly and helpful, knows her wine and beers and even though restaurant was busy didn’t rush us . The team were all very pleasant and you feel very welcome . The food is top notch you can’t really ask for more.
